Take it out of the box, plug into your interface, and start recording. The signal chain is finished.

The condenser itself runs 20 Hz–20 kHz with 4.5 dBA self-noise and a 132 dB dynamic range — quiet enough for whispered voiceovers, composed enough for a vocalist who pushes. The cardioid pattern keeps room reflections behind the mic where they belong. The all-black Dark Edition finish keeps reflections off the camera lens too. +48 V phantom required.
