Should your BEHRINGER product develop a defect after the warranty period has expired, or which does not fall under the BEHRINGER warranty, we recommend that you contact the retailer from whom the unit was originally purchased. The unit can be checked in the store to locate the cause of the problem and the shop staff will be able to provide further guidance.
Should the unit prove to be defective, the retailer can initiate the appropriate service measures. We point out that certain models may be classified as unrepairable, in such cases you may be offered the option of replacement with an equivalent model “at favourable conditions”.
