VP, Customer Management Professional Division
Location: Manchester, UK or Seattle, US
The Professional Division encompasses MUSIC Group products, which are branded MIDAS, KLARK TEKNIK and TURBOSOUND, designed primarily for prestigious installations, major touring artists, theatres and concert venues, including many high profile international events where compromise is not an option. The VP, Customer Management Professional Division will be in charge of taking the MUSIC Group's ground-breaking line of live sound and professional products to market dominance by leveraging market knowledge with the Group's global sales and customer support resources.
- Work closely with the SVP, Business Development Professional Division and dedicated team of inside sales & independent representatives or firms globally to ensure the commercial success of the product portfolio
- Execute strategies in accordance with the division's business plan and overall company direction
- Establish & maintain dealer relations and effectively communicate with various channel partners for market requirements and product mix
- Maintain and update detailed intelligence on market share and sell-through of key competitors
- Submit comprehensive report at each Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to define and prioritize solutions that will address those needs
- Coordinate demand planning activities between assigned accounts, customers and supply chain as needed
- Manage sales flow and process and ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved
- Oversee the execution of all the necessary contracts and engagement documents necessary for the business
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years business development experience in pro-audio industry, professional loudspeakers systems, live audio mixing consoles or related products in a managerial capacity
- Extensive experience in Product Management processes and understanding of the specific product development, practices, and procedures
- Proven experience in project management with excellent analytical skills and tactical problem solving abilities
- Ability to interact within multi-cultural environment and understanding of global business cultures
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen analytical abilities
- Understanding of social media related to customer service and interaction
- Creative, enthusiastic and a self starter with ability to work in a fast paced global environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present/interact with C-level management
