Technician, Care Professional Division

Location: Las Vegas, United States

Responsibilities:


The Technician, Care Professional Division will diagnose and repair defective professional audio equipment.

  • Determine root cause analysis for failures and defects
  • Repair and test MUSIC Group products based on best practices
  • Deliver proper documentation and report on found faults
  • Handle special projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Vocational degree in Electronics or any related field
  • Possess ITE, ASEE, NiTEC or other relevant certification
  • At least 5 years’ experience performing bench repairs for audio products or electronics
  • Experience in handling various issues such as troubleshooting, calibration, tests and repair of electronics to the component level
  • Ability to read schematics and perform PCB level repairs
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Experienced musicians or Front of House (FOH) support professionals highly preferred
