Senior Analyst, Compensation & Benefits

Location: Makati, Philippines


  • Partner with HR Managers in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market information for determination of salary competitiveness, annual salary ranges, increase budgets, and benefit levels
  • Work with HR partners to assist in all pricing requests, ensuring data integrity and efficiency
  • Lead in building the Global Salary Structure Project
  • Conduct job benchmarking exercise across MG entities and establish salary structure before year end review
  • Conduct relative job size analysis and job evaluation for all entities
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for costing, program effectiveness, and purposes
  • Provide support to local HR in country benefit review; Provide inputs in finalizing country benefit review
  • Manage region-wide insurance programs in partnership with local HR
  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced HR Staff in rewards management programs and processes
  • Participate in domestic third-party compensation surveys; Ensure appropriate job matches of MUSIC Group jobs to survey positions
  • Assist in designing Variable Pay Plans
  • Participate in HR Operations process including annual performance increases, promotion, and incentive payouts
  • Lead in the gathering and analysis of special projects


  • At least 5 years related experience
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Management, or
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
  • Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
  • Solid experience in HRIS database management, report writing, HR workflows, system
