Assistant, Human Resources /Administration

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:


Human Resources

  • Handle benefits administration such as medical and insurance claims
  • Process payroll and prepare payroll reports for Singapore office
  • Maintain and update HRIS system including new hires and leavers administration
  • Maintain proper filing systems
  • Assist to process new and renewal of employment / S pass applications
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Administration

  • Answer incoming calls and attend to walk-in visitors, vendors, etc.
  • Sort out incoming and outgoing correspondences such as couriers, mails, parcels, among others
  • Liaise with vendors and manage general office inventory
  • Arrange business travel, visa applications and accommodation
  • Issue access cards and tenant pass for all new employees
  • Raise purchase requisition requests for payment processing
  • Organize social activities for employees
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • At least 2 years related experience in Human Resources and Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or any open office
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Team player and has keen attention to details
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment highly preferred
