Administrator, Care (Warranty)

Location: Kidderminster, United Kingdom

Responsibilities:


The Administrator, Care will provide bilingual warranty support for MUSIC Group's line of professional audio equipment via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers in obtaining warranty support for their MUSIC Group products
  • Support dealers and distributors for return authorizations and conduct researches for defective products
  • Provide status updates for units sent in for repair
  • Document each customer contact thoroughly into company CRM
  • Handle special assignments and projects or other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience handling phone-based customer support
  • Has the ability to read, write and speak in English as well as in at least one of the following languages:French / Spanish / German / Italian
  • Superb customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Good team player, proactive and resourceful
  • Experience working in a professional audio or consumer electronics would be an advantage
