Manager, Channel Marketing
Location: Germany
Responsibilities:
The Manager, Channel Marketing is the central voice and face bringing MUSIC Group brands BEHRINGER and BUGERA to the Company's EMEA channel partners. Drawing on input from Product Managers, Customer Support, and Senior Management, the Manager, Channel Marketing drives initiatives directly to the sales channel in support of our products. These initiatives include the creation of training materials, videos, collateral, and other assets, and the regular deployment of these assets in harmony with the brands' stated objectives.
Creation of Materials
- Provide concept/content for product videos; instructional and promotional
- Write story-boards and scripts for product videos
- Maintain video library of product-related videos
- Create PPT presentations for uniform product roll-outs globally
- Plan and oversee the creation of POS and POP materials
- Manage the creation and maintenance of the Store Guidelines document and policy
- Drive creation and maintenance of the Collateral Catalog for BEHRINGER and BUGERA
- Oversee the sourcing of collateral and POS/POP materials
Implementation Activities
- Create and maintain Product Specialist Deployment Calendar
- Deploy Product Specialists, review their reports, and manage their activities
- Approve all product videos and push them to designated host sites
- Manage all demo product availabilities and fulfillment
- Oversee and drive dissemination of training materials, videos, and PPTs to channel partners
- Drive the shipment of catalogs to channel partners
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications and Marketing Services in support of Trade Shows and Events
- Manage media relationships
- Travel to PLS, NAMM and Regional Events as needed
Reporting and Accountability
- Chair weekly meetings with Product Specialists and produce reports
- Present weekly report in meeting with SVP, Marketing
- Submit regular Market Studies to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in pro-audio industry
- Background with sales, product development, and marketing
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
