Responsibilities:
• Maintain BEHRINGER and BUGERA social presence on Facebook, YouTube, MySpace, and other social networking applications
• Engage conversationally and provide social monitoring of brand and product mentions external to company social accounts
• Implement Online Marketing Manager's social marketing strategies for brands BEHRINGER, BUGERA, and EUROCOM
• Mine the internet for brand and product-related news and reviews for promotion to brand communities
• Play a key role in maintaining the BEHRINGER and BUGERA blogs with updated information that is fresh and relevant on topics central to our brands' mission
• Identify sales opportunities for advancing company reputation within music and gear forums
• Provide reports with data sales, marketing and competitive intelligence
• Assist Video Production team with ideation and scripting for LiveStream webinars and YouTube product demos
• Oversee and curate international/multilingual community accounts; ensure content is translated by appropriate parties and distributed globally
• Ensure that international social managers are responsive to inquiries within region specific accounts
• Work with Marketing Communications to facilitate online promotions, contests, and giveaways
Requirements:
- Background in Digital and Emerging Media, Communications, and Marketing with active online presence
- Minimum one year experience managing an online community
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; portfolio sample of writing required
- Working knowledge of the Pro Audio and/or Music Industry
- Demonstrated experience with project management from conceptual stage to completion
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service abilities with awareness of the principles of customer relations
- Podcast experience preferred
- WordPress proficiency strongly preferred
- Multi-lingual skills a definite plus
