As a global industry leader, BEHRINGER needs to be everywhere, all the time - and with a diverse array of offices and employees across the globe, we're ready! Here's a more detailed breakdown of who we are, and what gets done where..
Waaaay back in 1989, BEHRINGER moved into its first building in Willich, near Duesseldorf. At around 8,000 square feet, this facility housed BEHRINGER's entire operation, including manufacturing and logistics.
Today, the responsibilities of this office include: research & development, technical quality assurance, customer support, logistics, product specialists, and also houses operational departments for information services, and business intelligence.

MUSIC Group Services US Inc. serves as the sales and distribution office for the United States and Canada, as well as the hub for the recently expanded Customer Service team. Located in Bothell, Washington, just north of Seattle, the office is comprised of Inside Sales, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, Performance Intelligence, Systems, Human Resources, and Administration.
The subsidiary's Customer Service department has recently "gone global" by expanding its range of service to include Europe, adding more than 27 countries to their scope. By more than doubling the existing staff, the group hired 9 employees, increasing coverage to 6 foreign languages.

BEHRINGER Holdings (Pte) Ltd was founded in Singapore 1997. It is the Shared Services Centre (SSC) for all global operations. Our Singapore office houses a team of 108, providing Financial Services, Dealer Support, Legal Services, Application Development, Information Technology, Desktop Services, Communications, Human Resource, Logistics and Performance Intelligence. Our Singapore office is consistently buzzing with a flurry of activities, with extended business hours spanning 16 hours per day!
Singapore was chosen for its superb communication infrastructure, as well as its proximity to our manufacturing and global logistic centers - and the weather is pretty nice, too! This is where all back office support functions reside, as well as the company’s data center and communication infrastructure. The team responsible for application development of the groups’ proprietary operational, Customer Interaction Management Systems (CIMS) as well as ERP, MRP and Decision Support is also here. To sum it all up, the Singapore office is the engine that drives BEHRINGER’s operational framework, processes transactions, and provides operational support to all BEHRINGER global locations.

Our Melbourne, Australia office has been in operation since 2002, and currently employs 6 people. (There’s only 5 in the photo, but we didn’t have a tripod so SOMEone had to hold the camera.) This tightly-knit crew provides sales, spare parts and support services to nearly 500 musical instrument, pro-audio and DJ stores in Australia, as well as technical product support for many of our worldwide distribution partners. BEHRINGER Japan was established in late 2000 in a small office near the Tokyo Dome, and so began its brave foray into the notoriously difficult Japanese pro-audio and MI landscape. With an initial crew of only three, the operation has grown to a staff of eight in its large 8th floor premises near Ochanomizu, famous for universities and, of course, music stores. While many established “brick & mortar” stores and wholesalers have struggled with the transition to the virtual realm, BEHRINGER Japan has laid the foundations that will take full advantage of the web-driven market.
BEHRINGER Japan is tearing down many old-school walls by increasing their portfolio of direct chain store relationships. The JP office continues to work hard, leveraging web partners’ portals to bring BEHRINGER’s incredible value for money and quality to the attention of dealers and users alike!

In 2004, BEHRINGER Macao Commercial Offshore Limited was incorporated in Macao, the Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
Before 2007, the Macao company functioned as a manufacturer of BEHRINGER products, with its manufacturing activities sub-contracted to its related party in Zhongshan, China. The company also acted as procurement agent for all raw materials and components required for the manufacture of BEHRINGER products. You know; diodes, capacitors, that sort of nerdy stuff.
Currently, the principal activities of the Macao Company are focused on worldwide sales and timely distribution of BEHRINGER products. Macao’s finance department mainly provides accounting services for the BEHRINGER Group, and also develops financial reports, making sure there’s nothing funny with the money. Major functions include: handling purchases, sales orders, arranging logistic shipments, managing customer and vendor invoicing, and settlement of third party and inter-company transactions.

With a complement of more than 60 Engineers, Graphics Specialists, Web Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, IT and Admin personnel, the BEHRINGER Philippine office was registered as a Regional Operating HQ in 2003. A team of Industrial Designers, Mechanical and Electronics engineers provide product design support and ERP-related activities to the main RnD offices in China and Germany.
Also located in the Manila office are the Graphics and Information Services departments. The Graphics team provides exceptional graphic design and creative solutions to the entire company, while I.S. provides enterprise software and market-facing web application services. This is the team that keeps BEHRINGER looking so good, and as you can tell from the photo they are pretty good-looking themselves!
